Marcus Cato,
Catónis Censórii fílius,
in acie
cadénte equo prolápsus,
cum se recollegísset
animadvertissétque
gládium excidísse vagína,
rédiit in hostem:
acceptísque áliquot vulnéribus,
recuperáto demum gládio
ad suos revérsus est.
